What to include in a report
Include the tool name and page URL, browser and device, steps that led to the issue, and the result you expected. Use a synthetic example without personal information.
Do not send passwords, identity documents or confidential files. For privacy or copyright concerns, identify the relevant page and briefly explain the issue without attaching sensitive material.
