This policy explains data handling on the ANJAZ platform, operated by the ANJAZ team. Processing differs by tool. Read its notice before entering information or selecting a file.
Processing in your browser
Calculators, word counting, password generation, QR generation, image tools and local PDF editing perform their operations on your device. These operations do not require uploading your inputs to a conversion server. Downloads remain on your device until you remove them.
Your browser still loads the page and software, and may retrieve a processing library from an external source. Local processing therefore does not mean that the website makes no network requests.
Server-backed document conversions
Word and PowerPoint conversions upload documents over HTTPS to the ANJAZ conversion service. PDF-to-Word sends the PDF for analysis immediately after selection and sends it again when conversion starts. The website uses Vercel hosting and the configured conversion service runs on Render.
The service creates temporary working files. Its code schedules cleanup after sending a result or handling an error, and checks old working directories when the service starts. A stopped process or server can delay cleanup. We do not promise immediate deletion or a fixed deletion deadline in every failure scenario.
There is no user account or results archive for retrieving past conversions. Save and check your output before leaving the page. Upload only documents you are authorized to process this way.
Technical data and browser storage
The conversion service uses the network address associated with requests for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not state an unverified hosting-log retention period or claim that the service handles no technical data.
Local browser storage may retain favorites and identifiers of recently used tools. You can remove these through your browser’s site-data settings. The project’s analytics event code does not use file names or file contents as event inputs; external advertising services operate under their own policies.
Prayer times and external services
The prayer tool requests results from AlAdhan using the selected city and country. If you choose Use my location and grant permission, it sends coordinates to that provider to calculate times. You can select a city instead or revoke location permission in your browser.
Following an external link subjects that visit to the destination’s policies. Linking to a provider does not give ANJAZ control over its data practices.
Google advertising and cookies
The site includes Google AdSense code. When ads are served, Google, its partners and other advertising vendors may use cookies and previous visits to this or other websites to personalize or measure advertising and prevent fraud.
Personalization depends on service settings and applicable consent and user choices. Non-personalized ads may also appear. Turning off personalization does not necessarily remove cookies used for measurement or security.
Your choices and privacy inquiries
Use Google My Ad Center to manage personalization, third-party advertising choice tools for participating vendors, and your browser settings for cookies and site permissions. Blocking resources may affect some features. Relevant links are provided below.
